HMA Digital Marketing welcomes Ceri Batchelder to the team as a Project Director.
Ceri brings her scientific background and experience from the healthcare sector to HMA. She has held business development roles at global medical device company Smith & Nephew PLC and at Manchester-based biotechnology firm Epistem Ltd. At Smith & Nephew, Ceri regularly reviewed new technology offerings from SMEs.
Trained as a PhD biologist, Ceri worked as a research scientist in laboratories in the UK and US. She moved into a commercial role at the University of Manchester’s technology transfer company, where she supported academics in developing their science ideas into business plans. Ceri’s commercial experience has been further strengthened by an MBA from Manchester Business School.
Now based in Yorkshire, Ceri has an active role in the healthcare sector regionally and nationally, alongside her position at HMA.
