May 2007 - Scarborough Development Group Get the 3D Treatment

Longstanding HMA client Scarborough Development Group, called upon HMA 3D to create CGI images of their prospective office development in Slough, Berkshire.

Using the latest 3D technology and rendering software we worked closely with the architects to establish the views they required which included 5 externals of the building. This created state of the art 3D imagery of the proposed grade A office space which included impressive brick, glass work and was used as an integral part of the planning application.

Consequently, Scarborough Development has now been given the go ahead for the new development on Herschel Street, Slough.

May 2007 - HMA Busy in the Orchard

HMA PR has been very busy with the Orchard Square Shopping Centre account. Celebrating it's 20th anniversary this year, Orchard Square, Sheffield has enjoyed active, on site PR activity to mark the occasion - with both media success and community link success too.

Activities at the square have stepped up a gear for the double decade anniversary, starting with a 20 year Art Competition for Sheffield primary school children. Other activities taking place included Storytelling Sessions for National Storytelling Week, non-stop love songs leading up to Valentines Day, a Fairtrade Fun Coffee Morning to support Fairtrade Fortnight and the Easter weekend saw the Easter Bunny making guest appearances combined with magic shows, balloon modelling and musical entertainment.

Alongside the on site activity there has been individual tenant activity together with numerous book signings, initiatives and store openings including the new flagship River Island store which opened in April.

All initiatives and activities have proved very successful achieving media coverage in the Sheffield Star, Sheffield Telegraph, Hallam FM, Barnsley Star, York Star with public interest being gained, as well as support from Sheffield Wednesday Football Club, Traidcraft, Fairtrade Organisation and of course the tenants.
